The form of meditation that changed my life

Hello loved one,

I just got off of a call with my spiritual teacher.

Oh yes. 

Spiritual teachers have spiritual teachers and their teachers have teachers… 

We all need support on our paths.

Anyway…

We were talking about how I struggle with loneliness and how to manage that gnawing feeling that doesn’t seem to go away no matter how many people I’m surrounded by.

He gave me a specific meditation practice to help me work on healing this wound that’s asking for attention.

It provided the pathway to meet my main guide, to align with my higher self and to hear guidance on a daily basis.

From a practical standpoint, it’s created a still place inside me that I can return to at any time.

It regulated my nervous system and helped me quiet, big emotions on hard days.

And it’s created a feeling of oneness and connection with my fellow humans, nature, the universe… everything in an indescribable way.

There’s a reason why meditators love to meditate. 

Especially once you figure out a meditation practice that works for you.

I’m not exaggerating when I say that meditation has completely changed my life for the better.
