How to protect your peace
Nov 25, 2024
Hello sweetums,
I was leading a webinar last week teaching new folks about the absolute MAGIC of the Emotion Code®…
Oh btw… have you grabbed an intro session yet? Prices go up January 1, 2025 bb. So don’t delay. You can book your session here.
Right! As I was saying, I was teaching new folks about the Emotion Code® and we got to the part of the presentation where I ask the group which emotion they think has the highest frequency and which emotion has the lowest frequency.
Remember, EVerything is energy; all emotions have an energetic or vibrational frequency.
The lowest frequency emotion is shame. Shame leads so many people to addiction, to suicidal ideation, to disconnection from others, to self abuse, to a disbelief in any kind of higher power. It’s a heavy emotion.
The highest frequency emotion is the one that folks rarely guess correctly: it’s peace.
Think about it: isn’t that what most adults are seeking?
We all want to feel at peace.
And yet, we rarely do unless we’re on a beach, staring at a lake, or maybe even hiding from the world in bed with a good book.
But how do you protect your peace when there are people around?
(And they always seem to be AROUND don’t they?)
Well, the first thing I will say is to meditate.
Meditate, meditate, meditate DAILY, but not just any kind of meditation—meditation that is directly linked to YOUR specific intuitive gifts. (It’s a game changer.)
You don’t even have to meditate for longer than five minutes, but you will feel so much more grounded, so much calmer, so much more compassionate and so much better equipped to remain at peace in the face of whatever is going on around you.
(An important sidenote: Prices for my self-paced meditation course goes up on January 1st, 2025. If you haven’t started your meditation journey yet, this is the course to choose. It’s actually interesting, fun, chock-full of information, and do-able. You can check it out and get the course here.)
Plus, your intuition will go through the roof… so that’s kind of rad.
The second thing I would do is start doing energy work on yourself immediately.
I cannot stress this enough.
I love therapy. I love journaling. I love affirmations. I love breathwork. I LOVE IT ALL and we need it all.
But nothing, I repeat nothing, will make the kind of monumental change IN YOUR BRAIN the way that regular energy healing (with a GOOD practitioner who you trust) will.
You know that I swear by the Emotion Code® because I’m living proof of the MONUMENTAL changes it has made in my life (an 85% income jump in one year, an immediate decrease in performance anxiety for work, attachment anxiety in relationships, and financial anxiety in managing my money, plus a dramatic decrease in every day resistance, confusion and self-doubt in my business), but I see it change the lives of my clients in crazy awesome ways every day.
When you remove the frequency of so many emotions from your system, other people’s stuff doesn’t get to you as much. I can’t explain it. It’s like having a key to peace that other people don’t get.
(PS: If you’ve already done an Emotion Code® intro session and it’s really time to jump into a package, you can set up a time to chat about which one here. The package price will be going up on January 1st as well.)
The third thing I recommend is to beef up your energetic boundaries. In fact, I gave a whole training on how to keep your energetic boundaries with family. If you want to watch that short but hugely helpful video, you can do that by going here.
(You will need to join the Spiritual Playground Facebook Group to watch, but it’s a GREAT group. Not spammy or overwhelming. We’re just a bunch of good people working on ourselves and walking our spiritual paths together. Join and watch the training here.)
I feel deeply at peace most of the time, but I didn’t used to.
I’m telling you—meditation, the Emotion Code®, and strong energetic boundaries will change your life.
And trust me, protecting your peace and living with a high, but calm vibe… it’s the best. <3
Until next week lovey,
Rebecca*
